peripheral is a quarterly mail-out project composed of letters, printed matter, material samples, and small collected objects.
each issue of peripheral is assembled from my studio in stillwater, mn and gathers together fragments of what i’ve been thinking about, making, collecting, and returning to. the mailings share some of the stories and passing observations that sit behind the work and continue to shape it over time.
mailings may include photocopied handwritten letters, postcards, naturally dyed fabric swatches, sketches, seeds, vintage objects, notes, studio experiments and other collected material traces gathered throughout the season.
assembled and packed by hand in small quantities.
