due to the fibers and nature by which these are made the fabric and dyes may have minor imperfections or variation in color. i believe this makes each piece more its own and shows the human element coming into play.
i recommend hand washing inside out in cold water with an eco detergent and hang to dry in a shady spot. with natural dyeing, colors will fade if left in the sun, and some dyes may react to citrus.
